Knowledge Discovery with Protein-Protein Interaction Networks

I am a PhD student working at a project about protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks. Their analysis has got a hot topic because advances in modern technologies for measuring PPI has boosted research on them. Discovering dense modules or the comparison of multiple PPI networks for distinct spieces, which leads to biological meaningfull results, helps to better understand evolution and function of proteins in organisms.
