I enhanced the html-version of the Ocaml Reference
manual in two ways
- changes to the previous version are marked with icons
and
a different
style
- an additional
appendix contains all grammar rules
[In previous versions the enhancement included hot metasymbols,
but since 3.10 this feature is already in the original reference
manual.]
