Marloes Venema

As of September 2018, I am a PhD student under supervision of Greg Alpár in the Digital Security group at the Institute of Computing and Information Sciences of the Radboud University Nijmegen. Before this, I obtained a master's degree in Computing Science, and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, both at the Radboud University as well.

My research interests are generally covered by the term 'cryptographic protocols for privacy protection', currently with a special focus on the enforcement of access control on a cryptographic level. Some cryptographic primitives that I have analyzed and designed for this purpose are attribute-based encryption and proxy re-encryption schemes.
