Preparing the camera-ready version of your paper
Full papers and poster papers should be formatted using the ACM Conference style (for LaTeX, use the “Option 2” style) and uploaded in PDF. The maximum number of pages for a paper is 10, for a poster 4, including references.

When preparing the camera-ready version of your paper, please add the following information to your LaTeX source:

\conferenceinfo{IIiX}{2012, Nijmegen, The Netherlands}
\CopyrightYear{2012}
\crdata{978-1-4503-1282-0/2012/08}

Or, you can find a publication template for Word at this address (direct link to the template). On the bottom of the left column on the first page is the copyright notice which should read:

Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, or republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee.

(without the ‘–’)

You can submit the camera-ready version of your paper to EasyChair.

A presentation PC and projector are available in the conference room.

Preparing your poster
Posters should be printed in standing position, A1 or A0 paper size. Poster boards and pins are provided by the organization.

In addition, authors of accepted posters are expected to send in a 1 page image of their posters (in PDF) as part of their FINAL submissions before or on June 15. Please send this page as a separate file to Max Hinne (iiix2012-proceedings@cs.ru.nl). It will be included alongside your paper in the ACM Digital Library.

If you have any questions about the proceedings, please contact Max Hinne at iiix2012@cs.ru.nl

If you have any other questions, please contact the organization at iiix2012@cs.ru.nl
